Under the Freedom of Information Act the Dale Abbey Parish Council has agreed to make the following information available to the public
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Who’s who on the Council, contact details and office address can be obtained free of charge from the Parish Council Website (please click on ‘The Parish Council’ on the navigation bar on the left side of this page). The web site contains other Parish Council News and Information, local history and local information.
WHAT WE SPEND AND HOW WE SPEND IT
Information relating to the Concurrent Functions and Precept Budgets, Standing Orders, Grants and Allowances can be obtained from the Parish Clerk (Tel: 0115 9304761). Copies of the Information will be provided at cost.
HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS
Copies of the Agenda and Minutes can be provided at cost. These documents are also published on the Parish Council Web site where they can be downloaded free of charge. Agendas are also posted on the Parish Council Notice Boards at Wyndale Drive and Wirksworth Road, Kirk Hallam and the Village, Dale Abbey.
Meetings of the Parish Council are held on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings held at Dallimore Primary School, Dallimore Road, Kirk Hallam commence at 7.00 pm. Those held at the Gateway Christian Centre, Dale Abbey commence at 7.30 pm. A public participation session is included. Details of where the meetings will be held are contained on the web site (click here for meetings information).
OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Copies of the Council’s Standing Orders, Contract requirements and specifications for ground maintenance and other related works can be provided at cost.
LISTS OF REGISTERS
Copies of Members Interests and Allowances can be provided at cost.
