Invalidation Notice - Boyah Grange Solar Farm Proposals

The planning application ERE/0825/0028 relating to the installation and operation of a solar farm at land to the west of Boyah Grange, Potato Pit Lane, Dale Abbey has been invalidated due to technical problems with some of the submitted documentation. This means that, for now, the application cannot progress further.

Once the required documentation has been corrected and the application is revalidated, all forms, plans, and supporting documents will be made available again for public inspection and comment. If you have already submitted comments on the application, you do not need to resubmit them — they will still be considered once the application is revalidated. The planning authority will also issue new general publicity to notify residents when the revalidated documents are open for consultation.

At that stage, the parish council will review the application in full and consider it at a future parish council meeting as part of the formal consultation process. Further details, including the consultation dates and opportunities to provide feedback, will be shared once the revalidation has been confirmed.
